  • 2.5kg Pilsner Malt
  • 2.5Kg Torrefied Wheat

Boil

Boiled for 60 minutes:

  • Brewstore’s bag of aged hops

OG: 1.042

Post-Boil

Yeast added as captured by rhubarb!

Later

We plan to exercise caution, sampling first a pasteurised sample before attempting to try it raw. Should we survive we will call this a success.
